Wiki help. Upgrade a few forms for mobile-

Can anyone give me a hand updating the wiki index pages for the other 2 seasons to match season 1?

The mobile browser does not the old tables, but it really likes the method that was done for the home page, so we need to update the rest of them. It's a bit of copying and pasting, but if someone could give it a go I'd be thankful.
