Would I be able to write my own Zombie Podcast?

I enjoyed We're Alive thoroughly, I still do, but it has inspired me to write my own storyline and what not.
Would it be okay if I use some ideas of We're Alive to write me own story?

I'm fairly sure as long as you don't claim WA as your own creation there wouldn't be any kind of problems.

I meant the ideologies of the zombies and the characters. For instance: fast ones, or one that leads the rest

KC didn't start that. Nor does he or anyone else have rights to restrict that idea. No one can get in trouble for using ideas like that.

I'd say as long as you don't "borrow," any of his characters for profit, at least with expressed written consent any.
